Services
We provide in-store repair services for phones, tablets, TVs, computers, gaming consoles, and gaming PCs. We also sell devices, accessories, and replacement parts. Online bookings and online payments are not available.
Device Responsibility
All devices are left with us at the customer’s own risk. Customers are advised to back up all personal data before repair. fix2youk is not responsible for any loss of data, software, or personal files.
Repairs & Diagnostics
Repair times are estimates and may vary depending on fault complexity and parts availability. Additional faults discovered during inspection may require further approval before proceeding.
Warranty on Repairs
All repairs are covered by a 3-month warranty, valid only for the specific repair carried out. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, software issues, or third-party repairs.
Warranty on Sales
All devices, accessories, and parts sold by fix2youk come with a 6-month warranty, unless stated otherwise. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
Payments & Unclaimed Devices
Full payment is required upon collection. Devices not collected within\30 days after notification may be treated as abandoned and disposed of to recover costs.
Limitation of Liability
fix2youk shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, pre-existing faults, or data loss. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
